Maple Syrup
A great low-carb syrup recipe.
Yield: Serves 4
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 pkg. plain jello
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. maple extract
- 6 packets artificial sweetener
Instructions
- Bring water and butter to a boil
- Add gelatin and stir until dissolved
- Remove from heat
- Add extracts and sweetener
