Maple Syrup Diet

Beyonce uses this to detox and cleanse her system.

Maple Syrup Diet Photo
Yield: 3.5 quarts

Ingredients

Before beginning the Maple Syrup Diet, learn more about it.

  • 3 Quarts of water
  • 1 Cup Lemon Juice (fresh if possible)
  • 1 Cup Grade B Maple Syrup (not maple flavored, but 100% real maple syrup)
  • 1 tsp. Cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Take a clean one-gallon jug and pour in all ingredients
  2. Shake it all up and drink 8-12 glasses a day, for about three days
  3. Do not eat any solid foods with this diet

I am on this maple syrup diet and to day is my 11th day. i have lost 8 pounds already so happy, but I'm worried... what can i do not to gain the weight back? Please help!

This diet is really great, but hard to stick to. You will be so hungry this first two days. Then you will be less hungry going forward. I took spinning classes while doing this diet. I wasnt tired. The problem that I encountered was that I was really weak and other people could see that I was weak. Also, I could smell the toxins coming through my skin and my breath was bad. After coming off the diet, I didnt gain any of the weight back. Really great diet if you can stick to it.

I have done it for 10 days first time and then the second one for 14 days and it worked. My weight was 155 and now I am 127. After i finished i start eating normal and I never gained back...it works!There is no sickness or other causes. if you keep drinking the lemonade like you should, you do not feel hungry at all. te salt wash helps too.... remember you are releasing toxines out of your body

near to start

i luv the idea of this diet im starting this weekend and i hope it taste nice and works.this is the real recipe but you can use normal syrup it doesnt have to be the pure maple tree syrup.
