Low Fat Hash Brown Potato Soup
A hearty potato soup with 1g fat and 81 calories.
Yield: Makes 13- 1 cup servings
Ingredients
- 16 oz. frozen shredded hash browns
- 16 oz. low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup diced onion
- 16 oz. 98% fat-free cream of chicken soup
- 16 oz. 98% fat-free cream of celery soup
- 3 cups skim milk
- salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
In a soup pot or crock pot, combine hash browns, chicken broth, water and onion. Cook on low heat for one hour.
Add chicken soup, celery soup, milk, salt and pepper. Stir well, simmer on low until desired temperature.

Quick, simple and you can flavor it like you want it to taste & a nice change to the WW vegi soup during cold weather & trying to lose weight on WW.
As a vegetarian and mother of two vegans, I would like to see some vegetarian dishes without chicken broth and chicken soup. thanks
