Low Carb Tiramisu

A low carb version of this classic Italian dessert

Nutrition Facts: Carbohydrates 13.5g
Yield: Serves 2


  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup Splenda
  • 1/2 cup high gluten flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
  2. In a small pan, heat the butter & cream
  3. In a large bowl, beat eggs at high speed for several minutes
  4. Add the 3/4 cup of Splenda and beat for 2 minutes
  5. Add flours, baking powder, salt, vanilla & butter/cream mixture
  6. Beat at low speed until smooth; pour into greased pan
  7. Bake at 375 degrees F for 15 minutes or until cakes springs back when lightly touched in the center
  8. Cool completely
  9. Serve with whipped cream
