Low Carb Fudge
The fudge you love without the carbohydrates you don't
Yield: Serves 8
Ingredients
- 1 packet unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 square unsweetened chocolate
- 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 cup Splenda
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup light cream
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Instructions
- Soften gelatin in 1/4 cup water for 5 minutes
- Melt chocolate with cinnamon and sweetener; add milk and water slowly
- Add gelatin
- Stir until dissolved
- Remove from fire
- Add vanilla, cool
- When mixture begins to thicken, turn into cold pan
- When firm cut into pieces
