Low Calorie Salad Dressing

Rich in Protein makes this a great recipe for Diabetics!

Yield: 1 cup


  • 1/2 c. fat free cottage cheese
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 1/2 lemon, peeled and seeded
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 green pepper, seeds removed
  • 4 radishes
  • Dash of salt


  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until the green pepper and the radishes are finely chopped
