Lotsa Cheese Lasagna

A rich lasagne that melts in your mouth
1 - 16 oz. box lasagne noodles
2 - 26 oz. jars lowfat pasta sauce
1 cup park skim ricotta cheese
3 cups nonfat ricotta cheese
1/2 cup nonfat egg substitute
1 teaspoon each: garlic powder, oregano
1 cup nonfat grated mozzarella
Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
Combine ricotta with egg substitute, oregano and garlic powder.
Assemble lasagna starting with sauce then following with noodles, ricotta and more sauce.
Keep going until you have used up noodles and ricotta. Top with sauce, cover with foil and refrigerate until ready to cook.
Preheat oven to 350º. Bake covered until very hot in center, about for 1 hour; sprinkle with mozzarella and bake uncovered for 5 minutes more.
Allow to sit for 5 minutes, cut and serve. I
