Yield: Serves 4. Each serving: 1 cup

2 teaspoon red wine vinegar
6 cup romaine lettuce, shredded
1 big tomato cut in cubes
1/2 cucumber, cut in big chunks
1/4 cup red onions, sliced
2 tablespoon black olives
2 tablespoon crumbled feta cheese
1 ounce lemon juice
2 teaspoon olive oil

Toss vegetables in top with black olives and feta cheese.

Combine vinegar, lemon juice and olive oil and sprinkle on salad
