Italian Chicken

All the flavor of Italy will be included in this chicken.

Nutrition Facts: Carbohydrates 2.7g

Yield: Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 1/2 packet Italian Seasoning
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 chicken breasts

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except chicken
  2. Coat chicken breasts with sauce
  3. Bake for 40 minutes at 375º F
