Hot Turkey Club Sandwiches

Bring the irresistible flavor of the deli home to your kitchen.

Yield: Serves 6


  • 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked crisp
  • 1.5 pounds turkey breast meat, cooked
  • 6 Tbs. roasted garlic spread
  • 12 slices sourdough bread, lightly toasted
  • 6 tomato slices
  • 6 lettuce leaves


  1. Cook bacon until crispy
  2. Spray a non-stick skillet with cooking spray
  3. Cook turkey in skillet over medium-high heat 2 to 3 minutes, until warm
  4. Meanwhile, spread garlic spread on each slice of bread
  5. Top six slices of bread with turkey slices, bacon, tomato, and lettuce (toast before spread, optional)
  6. Top with remaining bread slices
  7. Cut in half to serve
