Hot Turkey Club Sandwiches

Bring the irresistible flavor of the deli home to your kitchen.


Yield: Serves 6

Ingredients

  • 6 slices bacon, cooked crisp
  • 6 fresh turkey breast slices or cutlets
  • grill seasoning
  • cooking spray
  • 6 Tbs. roasted garlic spread
  • 12 slices sourdough bread, lightly toasted
  • 6 tomato slices
  • 6 lettuce leaves

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon until crispy
  2. Sprinkle both sides of the turkey breast slices with grill seasoning
  3. Spray a non-stick skillet with cooking spray
  4. Cook 3 slices of turkey in skillet over medium-high heat 2 to 3 minutes per side or until no longer pink inside
  5. Repeat with remaining slices
  6. Meanwhile, spread garlic spread on each slice of bread
  7. Top six slices of bread with turkey slices, bacon, tomato, and lettuce
  8. Top with remaining bread slices
  9. Cut in half to serve
