Ham and Onion Brussels Sprouts

Onions and ham go well with brussels sprouts.
vegetable oil cooking spray
1/2 medium onion, sliced thin
4 slices fat free ham, cut in strips
3/4 cup lowfat chicken broth
12 brussels sprouts, trimmed and cut in half
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium high heat and spray with vegetable oil cooking spray. Saute onion until brown. Add ham, broth and brussels sprouts. Lower heat, cover pan and cook for 5 minutes or until brussels sprouts are tender. Amount of broth is variable.
