Grilled Sesame Chicken
Sesame chicken that's grilled to perfection.
Yield: Serves 4
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. boneless chicken, cut into strips
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 4 tsp. fresh ginger
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 Tbs. sesame oil
- 1 Tbs. sesame seeds
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix onions with ginger, garlic and 1 Tbs. sesame oil
- Drench chicken in oil mix, coat with sesame seeds and stir fry until thoroughly cooked
