Ginger Orange Dressing
Tangy and sweet- perfect for an oriental salad.
Yield: Makes 1/3 Cup
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
- 4 tsp. canola oil
- 1 Tbs. minced scallions
- 1 tsp. minced peeled fresh ginger
- 1/2 tsp. grated orange zest
- 1/4 tsp. minced garlic
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk orange juice, oil, scallions, ginger, orange zest, garlic, salt and pepper until well blended
- Pour into a sealed container
- Refrigerate until ready to serve
- Shake before serving

Are you kidding? Canola oil? Oh sure spare the calories and have a heart attack -- hydrogenated fat is bad for us and we now know that!
