Frozen Cherry Salad

Sweet and refreshing on a hot summer day.

Yield: Serves 10


  • 1- 20 oz. can reduced-calorie cherry pie filling
  • 1- 14 oz. can fat-free sweetened condensed milk
  • 1- 8 oz. can crushed pineapple in juice, drained
  • 1 Tbs. lemon juice
  • 1- 8 oz. container frozen reduced-calorie whipped topping, thawed
  • Cooking spray


  1. Combine first 4 ingredients
  2. Fold in whipped topping
  3. Coat an 8-inch square pan with cooking spray
  4. Pour cherry mixture into prepared pan
  5. Cover and freeze 8 hours or overnight
  6. Cut into rectangles
