Fresh Strawberry Shake
Who doesn't love a good Strawberry Shake? Treat yourself to something special.
Yield: Serves 1 (1 and 1/2 cup serving)
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. skim milk or low fat soy milk
- 1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1/2 c. frozen unsweetened whole strawberries
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 pkg. artificial sweetener (like Splenda or Equal)
- Ice cubes if strawberries are fresh
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor
- Blend until smooth and serve
