Fiesta Rice

Fiesta Rice that makes for a party in your mouth.


Yield: Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 1 cup salsa
  • 3/4 cup Minute Rice
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Mix salsa, rice and water in saucepan
  2. Bring to a boil
  3. Reduce heat and simmer 5-10 minutes until rice is tender
  4. Fluff with fork
