Dijon Pork with Grapes
Pork and grapes team up to give you a great dinner recipe.
Yield: Serves 4
Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 1/2 cup light cream
- 1 Tbs. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 Tbs. yellow mustard
- 1/2 cup grapes, sliced
- 1/2 cup olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil over medium high heat until hot
- Add pork chops and cook until golden
- Transfer to a plate
- Mix cream with mustard and heat until well combined
- Add grapes and warm
- Pour sauce over pork chops and serve
