Deviled Crab

A tempting little low-carb treat.

2.5g Carbs/serving
Yield: Serves 2


  • 1 pound crab meat (frozen or fresh)
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbs. mustard
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. pepper
  • 3 Tbs. Old Bay Seafood Seasoning


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees, lightly grease a glass pie plate or 8x8 pan
  2. Remove crab from shell if fresh
  3. Place crab meat in a large bowl and check carefully for cartilage or shell
  4. Do not break up the lumps
  5. In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, melted butter, eggs, salt, pepper and Old Bay
  6. Stir these ingredients together until well blended
  7. Pour the mixture over top of the crab meat
  8. Use a rubber spatural to carefully fold mixture into crab meat until evenly distributed
  9. Transfer to the glass pan
  10. Bake until golden and bubbly
