Crock Pot Chicken with Mushroom Gravy
Simple slow-cooker recipe for tender, flavorful chicken.
Yield: Serves 6
Ingredients
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 21 1/2 oz. 98% fat-free condensed cream of mushroom soup
- Salt and pepper
- 1- 8 oz. can mushrooms, sliced and drained
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in crock pot
- Season with salt and pepper
- Mix the wine and the soup
- Pour over the chicken
- Add the mushrooms
- Cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours
