Crispy Parmesan Orange Roughy

A parmesan crust that's ever so delightful

Yield: Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup whole wheat bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 4- 6 oz. orange roughy fillets
  • 1/4 cup skim milk
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F
  2. Coat a baking sheet with nonstick spray
  3. Mix first four ingredients together in a shallow dish
  4. Dip fillets into milk, then coat them with crumb mixture
  5. Place fillets on the prepared baking sheet, and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until coating is browned and fish flakes easily with a fork

new to your site love all i have seen/read always have been heath nut started out with weigths years ago and have let myself go some need to get back to it thanks wonderful recipes

This recipe works great by substituting crushed almonds for the parmesan cheese...delicious
