Simple crepes the low-carb way.

Nutrition Facts: Carbohydrates 5g
Yield: Serves 6


  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup cream
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 cup high gluten flour
  • 1 Tbs. olive oil


  1. Combine all ingredients
  2. Mix well
  3. Heat greased skillet
  4. Pour in 2 Tbs. of batter into skillet
  5. Tilt skillet to spread batter thinly over pan
  6. Cook one side, turn
  7. Carefully remove and repeat with remaining batter
