Crepes
Simple crepes the low-carb way.
Yield: Serves 6
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup cream
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 cup high gluten flour
- 1 Tbs. olive oil
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients
- Mix well
- Heat greased skillet
- Pour in 2 Tbs. of batter into skillet
- Tilt skillet to spread batter thinly over pan
- Cook one side, turn
- Carefully remove and repeat with remaining batter
