Classic creme brulee without the carbs.

Yield: Serves 6
- 1 1/4 quarts heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla.
- 1 cup Splenda
- 12 egg yolks
- Combine heavy cream, vanilla and 1/2 cup Splenda in saucepan
- Bring to a boil
- Combine the beaten egg yolks and remaining 1/2 cup Splenda
- Combine cream with yolk mixture
- Fill ramekins, place in water bath
- Bake in a 325F oven until just barely set, approximately 45 minutes
- Remove from water bath when cool, wipe bottoms of ramekins, and refrigerate overnight
