Creamy Potato Soup
A truly wonderful creamy soup recipe for those cold winter nights.
Yield: Serves 4
Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped red potatoes
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1 tsp. minced green onion
- 1 cup Cream Soup Base
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 cups milk
- Water
- 1 tsp. bacon onion dip mix
Instructions
- Boil potato, celery, carrots and minced green onion in 1 quart of water for 10 minutes or until tender
- Double recipe for thin white sauce on cream soup can; Mix according to directions
- Drain water off vegetables and add to cream soup
- Stir in dip mix
