Creamy Pork Chops
Pork chops in a creamy cheesy sauce.
Yield: Serves 6
Ingredients
- 6 pork chops
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp. paprika
- Olive Oil (for frying in)
- 3/4 cup light cream
- 8 oz. low-fat cream cheese
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350º F
- Season the chops and brown in olive oil
- Heat cream
- Add cream cheese and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, mixing until blended
- Place chops in baking dish
- Cover with sauce, and remaining Parmesan cheese
- Bake for 50 minutes
