This fat-free dressing is fresh and zesty with just a kick from serrano peppers.

Creamy Feta Cilantro Lime Dressing Photo
Yield: 2 cups; 16, 2-Tablespoon servings

Ingredients

  • 6 oz. fat-free feta cheese crumbles
  • 6 oz. fat-free Greek yogurt, plain
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1 serrano pepper, seeds removed
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • 1-2 oz. fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. In a blender, add 1/4 cup skim milk, Greek yogurt, and then feta crumbles (in that order). Top with cilantro, lime juice, and serrano.

  2. As the ingredients blend, pour in the remaining milk (and more to achieve desired thinness).

  3. Save in a sealed container, like a Mason jar, and refrigerate for up to two weeks.
