Creamy Cappucino

A creamy cappucino treat

Nutrition Facts: Carboyhydrates 6.2g
Yield: Serves 2


  • 2 Tbs. cold water
  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
  • 1/4 cup boiling water
  • 3 Tbs. instant cappuccino powder
  • 2 Tbs. Splenda
  • 1 cup cream


  1. Place cold water in a bowl & sprinkle with gelatin
  2. Let stand for 5 minutes
  3.  Add boiling water & stir until gelatin is dissolved
  4. Add cappuccino powder & Splenda
  5. Stir until dissolved
  6. Add cream & mix well
  7. Cover & refrigerate for 3 hours
