Creamy Banana Shake

Yield: Serves 2: Each serving: 3/4 cup.

1 banana, peeled
1 cup half and half or skim milk
pinch cinnamon
1 Tbsp light whipped cream

Directions:
Place banana, half and half (or milk) and cinnamon in blender. Puree on high speed until smooth. You can sweeten with Splenda or NutraSweet or honey if desired. Pour into a tall glass and top with whipped cream. Enjoy!
