Crab Noodles Romanoff

A great seafood casserole.

Nutrition Facts: Calories 214, Fat 5g, Protein 23g, Carbohydrate 17g, Cholesterol 65mg, Sodium 579mg, Fiber 1g
Yield: Serves 8


  • 3 cups cooked noodles
  • 1 1/2 cups 2% fat cottage cheese
  • 2 tsp. dried onion
  • 1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 ounces grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 16 oz. crab meat


  1. Mix all ingredients except Cheddar cheese
  2. Place in 9 x 13-inch baking dish
  3. Top with cheese
  4. Bake at 325 degrees F for 40 minutes
