Coffee Ice Cream

Now you can turn your morning pick me up into dessert.

Nutrition Facts: Carbohydrates 7.8g
Yield: Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 6 egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup Splenda
  • 2 cups cream
  • 4 cups coffee
  • Ice cream maker

Instructions

  1. Beat the egg yolks with the Splenda
  2. Add cream & coffee
  3. Put in pan & heat until the sauce thickens and coats the back of the spoon
  4. Freeze according to manufacturer's instructions
