Coffee Ice Cream
Now you can turn your morning pick me up into dessert.
Yield: Serves 4
Ingredients
- 6 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup Splenda
- 2 cups cream
- 4 cups coffee
- Ice cream maker
Instructions
- Beat the egg yolks with the Splenda
- Add cream & coffee
- Put in pan & heat until the sauce thickens and coats the back of the spoon
- Freeze according to manufacturer's instructions
