Coconut Cream
Delicious coconut cream baked to perfection
Yield: Serves 4
Ingredients
- 1 cup light cream
- 2 Tbs. lemon juice
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup Splenda
- 1/2 tsp. coconut extract
Instructions
- Cream ingredients together and pour into greased pie dish
- Bake at 300F for 20 minutes
