Coconut Cream Pie

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup Splenda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Place all ingredients in blender at one time and blend until mixed together
- Pour into a buttered 10-inch pie dish
- Bake in a 350F oven for 1 hour
