- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 cup butter
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp. mint extract
- 1/4 cup cream
- 1/2 cup Splenda, or to taste
- Combine all ingredients
- Roll into balls & refrigerate
