Chocolate Cheese Cake Muffins

Delicious chocolate muffins.

Nutrition Facts: Carbohydrates 2.9g

Yield: Serves 6

Ingredients

  • 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 package chocolate pudding mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Mix ingredients together with mixer until creamy
  3. Fill 6 greased muffin tins
  4. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes

I tried these, they didn't seem like they were done after 20 minutes, so I baked them an additional 20 minutes, and still gooey throughout. They really did not have any flavor except for the cream cheese and they certainly did not bake up as a "muffin" would. It cooked up more like a glop. posted Nov 15th, 2008 7:56 am
