Chicken Stuffed with Bacon

Chicken and bacon meet for the ultimate entree

Nutrition Facts: Carbohydrates 0.5g
Yield: Serves 4


  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/8 cup spinach
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup ricotta cheese
  • 4 chicken breast halves


  1. Preheat oven to 425º F
  2. Combine bacon with spinach and cheeses
  3. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast
  4. Stuff with bacon mixture
  5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper
  6. Bake 35-40 minutes
