Chicken Parmesan

An Italian favorite without the carbs.

Nutrition Facts: Carbohydrates 2.5g
Yield: Serves 4


  • 4 Chicken breasts
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup pork rinds, crushed
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce
  • 1/4 olive oil


  1. Dip the chicken in the eggs and then coat with the pork rinds
  2. Heat olive oil in pan and fry the chicken
  3. Saute the mushrooms
  4. Serve with spaghetti sauce and cheese
