Brussels Sprouts with Walnuts

Yield: Serves 4. Each serving: 1/2 cup

2 cups steamed Brussels sprouts
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 minced garlic clove
1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the oil then saute the garlic until nutty, about 1 minute. Add the nuts and Brussels sprouts and reheat thoroughly, about 2-3 minutes.

Serve hot.
