2 stalks broccoli
4 tablespoons light Boursin cheese
pinch paprika
Wash broccoli florets, trim stems and shake excess water off. Place broccoli into microwaveable dish with stems down.
Spread tops with cheese. Sprinkle with paprika.
Microwave on high for 3-4 minutes or until broccoli is tender and cheese is melted.
