Blueberry Syrup

Perfect for waffles or pancakes.

Yield: Serves 4


  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 4 Tbs. honey


  1. Combine blueberries with honey in a small saucepan over low heat
  2. Serve warm

Why does this blueberry syrup use only 'blackberries' in the ingredients?

Sounds too simple to be true. Do I need to grind the blueberries?
