Beef Curry

Low-carb beef curry like you've never tasted before.

Nutrition Facts: Carbohydrates 1.5g
Yield: Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds steak, cut into cubes
  • 4 Tbs. olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp. minced fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp. ground coriander
  • 1 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp. dried red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbs. water
  • 3 Tbs. chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. In a large frying pan, heat the oil over moderate heat
  2. Add the garlic and ginger and cook, stirring, for 1 minute
  3. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the coriander, cumin, red-pepper flakes, salt, and water
  4. Add to the garlic and cook, stirring, for 1 minute
  5. Add the meat to the pan and cook, stirring, for 3 minutes
  6. Raise the heat to moderately high and cook thoroughly
  7. Remove from heat
  8. Stir in the cilantro
