Beef and Cabbage Roll
So easy using Puff Pastry Sheets!
Yield: Serves 4
Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean hamburger, sauteed
- 1 onion, chopped, sauteed
- 1/2 head cabbage, chopped and sauteed
- Dijon mustard to taste
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 package of Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry Sheets, thawed but still cool
Instructions
- Roll 2 Pepperidge Farm shells (in freezer section of grocery store) to 4 x 18 inch
- Spread hamburger mix evenly over top and roll
- Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes
- Lower heat and bake at 350 degrees for an additional 20 minutes or until golden brown
- Can serve with mushroom sauce or gravy over top

The taste is very good, although the puff pastry was NOT easy to work with. Next time I will try it with more ingredients, like mushrooms, tomatoe, black beans, and who knows what else, I will also buy a pre baked pie shell to make it much easier. Thank you for this recipe!.
