Spicy beans over whole wheat toast.

4 slices whole wheat toast
1-15 ounce can stewed, diced no-salt-added tomatoes with juice
1-15 ounce can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 tsp each: garlic powder, oregano, chili powder
1 Tbsp each: brown sugar, vinegar

Combine tomatoes, beans, spices and brown sugar in medium size microwave container and microwave for 10 minutes or until mixture comes to a full boil. Puree half of beans, add to other half and serve over whole wheat toast. Serving suggestion: top with nonfat plain yogurt and serve with fresh steamed spinach.
