Ingredients

- ½ cup ice cubes
- 1 cup skim or soy milk
- ½ cup nonfat yogurt
- 1 banana
- 2 tablespoons ground flax (grind in blender or coffee grinder)
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
