Baked Chicken

Healthy Baked Chicken

Yield: 1 Serving


1 (3 oz.) chicken breast, boned &  skinned
2 tbsp. (any brand) bottled diet Italian dressing


  1. Marinate chicken in dressing overnight in covered casserole
  2. Bake for one hour at 350 degrees
  3. No additional seasonings are necessary
  4. Serve tender and juicy
