Warm bananas with an intense flavor.
3 bananas that are slightly under-ripe
2 tablespoons apple juice concentrate
pinch cinnamon
juice of 1 lemon
Preheat oven to 350°. Peel bananas and slice them in half lengthwise. Place banana halves cut side down in glass baking dish. Mix remaining three ingredients together and pour over bananas. Cover and bake for 20-30 minutes. They are done when tender.
