Hi everyone. I am starting this soup today. Just made it. I am 220, just weighted myself. I have tried this soup before, but was not ready to realy loss weight as I didn't stick to it very well. A co-worker did do it a few years ago & had 50 lbs to loss. She followed it to a " T " and lost all of it in less than 8 weeks & kept it off for a few years. So I know it works regardless how much you need to loss. I think this a geat site for those who are on it. Lots of support. Good luck everyone, and way to go Anonymous. You are doing so great, keep up the good work. P.S.,, One thing I did learn in makeing the soup is that you have to check the flavor of the celery & carrots. You can get some that do not tast very good, kind of bitter, that will make the soup tast bitter and hard to eat.

Me and my husband both started this diet on yesterday 7/16/08. I started at 160 lbs. He is at 234. I only want to lose about 15 total pounds. He wants to lose much more. I actually enjoy the soup (less the carrots). Will post results as they come.

Started the diet on July 7th. I lost 8 lbs in one week. I plan to go for a month. I started out weighing 225, 6'1''. Drinking unsweatened juice helps offset chocolate and other sweet treet cravings.

I am starting this diet tomorrow. I have heard from a very close friend that she lost 75 lbs on this diet, however she went on for a week and off a week for a 1 year period. This must have been pretty boring but nothing beats a failure but a try and if you want to lose the waist and weight, I would say I am going or oi.

I started the diet 08/04/08. I am currently on day 4. My start weight was 183, and I am currently 178.5. I have followed this exactly other then dipping my fork in salad dressing, and a little non fat milk in my coffee. I am curious to see how much I will loose. I plan to stick with this diet until the 16th, of August.

I've done this diet before and followed the instructions exactly. I weighed 165 and lost 27 pounds in 2 months. :-) But I sure got tired of the soup. Am going to use it again now and use all the same foods but eat them as I desire instead of all the bananas on one day... a banana whenever I crave something sweet. My son it doing it randomly and it's working!

Wanted to update everyone. Started diet 8/12/08 today is 8/18/08. start weight 237.8 today's weight 232.6 I loss with me cheating a little by eating a cookie and brownie. Will continue w/diet and update next monday 8/25/08. This diet does work. I am not much of a meat eater so the fruit and veggie are great for me. I do take a multi vitamin. Will only follow diet for 2 weeks at a time. Then I plan to go off for a week but eating the way I should. No junk, fried or high carb foods.
