Low Fat Cream Cheese Icing
It's the sweet icing everyone loves, without the fat.
Yield: 3.5 Cups; 56- 1 Tbs. servings
Ingredients
- 4 oz. reduced-fat cream cheese
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3 cups powdered sugar
Instructions
- Beat cream cheese and vanilla with electric mixer until smooth
- Add powdered sugar gradually, beating well until frosting reaches creamy consistency
