Yield:Serves 6

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten-free flour
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbs. melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F
  2. Combine all ingredients and pour into generously buttered muffin tins
  3. Bake for 20 minutes at 450 degrees F
  4. Turn down oven to 350 degrees F and bake 10-15 minutes until golden brown
