Lemonade Smoothie

Just in time for summer- it's sweet and refreshing.

Nutrition Facts: 7 Weight Watchers Points, 354 Calories, 4.2g Fat, 20mg Cholesterol, 190mg Sodium, 68g Carbs, 12g Fiber, 53g Sugar, 13.2g Protein

Yield: 1 Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup lemonade
  • 1 1/2 cups of raspberries
  • 1 cup low-fat lemon yogurt
  • 2 cups of ice

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth
