
Crock Pot Hot German Potato Salad

Ingredients
- 5 medium potatoes, cut into 1/4-inch slices
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/3 cup cider vinegar
- 2 Tbs. all-purpose flour
- 2 Tbs. granulated sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. celery seed
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 4 slices crispy cooked bacon, crumbled
Instructions
- Mix potatoes and onion in 3 1/2- to 6-quart Crock Pot
- Mix remaining ingredients except bacon and pour into Crock Pot
- Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or until potatoes are tender
- Stir in bacon
