Yield:1 Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup plain, low-fat yogurt
- 1/2 cup washed, stemmed blueberries
- honey to taste
- 2 cups of ice
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
- Serve while it’s cold

beanie: i thought the 2 cups of ice were a bit much. i used about 1/4-1/2. otherwise it gets way too watered down. otherwise, super yummy!!
Rebecca: 1 cup of blueberries with 1 container of yogurt and 1/4 c. skim milk with some ice is supper!
